The government approves industrial promotion policy (06/12/2012) No/Sign: 45/2012/NĐ-CP Type of documents : Decrees Issuing date: 05/21/2012 (vasep.com.vn) The government has issued the Decree No. 45/2012/NĐ-CP on industrial promotion with the aim of contributing to transferring economic structure in the direction of industry - small scale industry development, creating jobs, increasing people’s income, redistributing social labor and applying new model for construction of the rural areas. The industrial promotion policy is applied to: 1- Organizations and individuals including small and medium-sized enterprises, co-operatives, group of co-operatives, business households have direct investments in to industry - small scale industry development in districts, towns, communes and wards under tier II, tier III cities, wards under tier I cities which were upgraded from communes less than 5 years. They are established and operated in compliance with legal regulation. 2- Industrial manufacturers produce under cleaner production process. 3- Domestic and foreign organizations and individuals are involved in managing and implementing industrial promotion services.
